Crowther Associates Architects were appointed to obtain planning permission via Permitted Development rights to change the use of this 1960s office building into new 12 new residential apartments.
Planning was gained for the change of use under permitted development, and external alterations were submitted user a separate application which included concrete repairs, window replacement and brise solei.
A further designs for an extension to include two new penthouse apartments were also prepared but are yet to be implemented.
