An exciting and unusual project, Crowther Associates Architects have been appointed by Kingspan Developments Ltd to submit proposals for the extension and refurbishment of the Old Town Hall in Shoreham-by-Sea. This landmark historic building located on the main shopping street in Shoreham will retain its ground floor commercial use. The upper floors and rear of the building will be refurbished and incorporate contemporary extensions to provide 9 new residential river side flats and maisonettes including a penthouse apartment.
